You can conveniently book your order online on our website or by calling 720-750-2024. If your trip is more than 6 hours away you can schedule it online. If you are ordering less than 6 hours before the desired pickup time please call Black Upsilon VIP Limo support service to schedule. 

You can pay for your order directly on the Black Upsilon VIP Limo website and receive a receipt for payment via email, using the secure checkout from Stripe. We can also issue you an invoice that can be paid directly from your Bank account but you will have to contact us for this method. Please note that all payments must be made in full prior to your trip. We do not accept cash.Upsilon

If you cancel 24 hours before your pickup time you will be refunded 100% of the payment.
If a trip must be canceled due to a flight delay or cancellation, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment. If you cancel your order less than 24 hours before the trip, the total price of the order will be charged.

It is important to enter your flight information when you book your trip. The schedule of all flights is monitored by the Black Upsilon VIP Limo support services and the driver will be there to meet you at the time of your planes arrival. No additional charges for a  delayed flight will be applied.

After your plane lands , the driver will contact you by phone and agree on the meeting location.

If for some reason the driver has not contacted you, please contact us at +1 720-750-2024. If you will not have an available phone when landing please specify this in the notes when placing the order and we will send you instructions for where and how you will be met by our driver.

Smoking in the car is strictly prohibited.

Yes, you can ask the driver to stop, but not for more than for 15 minutes. If you need a stop for more than 15 minutes, you must order a stop ( extra charge) in addition to the main order.

All additional equipment like child seats and a ski box are FREE.
